A good start is CILIP president and Web 2.0 consultant, Phil Bradley. Then have a look at some of the people he is following. Organisations you might like to try include CILIP, JISC and other library associations (ALA in the US, the Irish Library Assoc and Australia's ALIA.

When I worked on heads up last year I followed some entertainers to see what sort of things they were tweeting. I havn't used it professionaly before now, but I think I will start to follow some of the organisations suggested
