West Midlands divisions of the CILIP Academic and Research Libraries Group (ARLG) and the CILIP Career Development Group (CDG) are hosting a Librarians as Teachers Event at the Wolfson Research Exchange, Warwick University on 13th June 2013 from 10am until 4.30pm.
The American Library Association (ALA)'s 2013 Virtual Conference, 24th and 25th July. Topics include: community engagement; digital content; iPods, Games, and other innovative instruction; learning spaces; building a knowledge alliance; iPad administration; and finding your first librarian job. (USD80 for non ALA members).
